All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that a product is out of stock at the time of your purchase, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

2. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver only to addresses within our serviceable pin codes. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to fulfill orders outside these areas.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once your order is confirmed, an estimated delivery timeframe will be provided. Typical processing and shipping times are between 2–5 business days. Please note the following:

• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• We do not process or ship orders on Sundays.
• Delivery estimates are calculated from the shipping date, not the order date.
• Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, the courier service, and the items ordered.
• Orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on availability and item weight.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. To view applicable shipping charges:

1. Add your desired items to the shopping cart.
2. Proceed to the checkout page.
3. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed before you confirm your order.

Please note that additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote locations or oversized/heavy packages. GST is included in the product price (MRP) and is calculated based on the destination state.

5. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the products, please contact us immediately for assistance. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items or packaging to help us resolve the issue efficiently.
